‘Reconfiguration’.:
‘An infiltration of the external and its infringement on the
internal as consequent’, a slogan of sorts for the project ‘Reconfiguration’.
The idea was to start with a single image, continually reworking it and essentially
reconfiguring it. The resulting body of works produced greatly benefitted from various
external factors such as the printing process (the mistakes, shortfalls, as
well as the mini triumphs that came from), the help of many people (peers and
technicians alike) and the everchanging situations that presented themselves, in
turn producing a much more experimental project with an infinite scope to
develop further. An exercise in image making, print making, stretching, and applying
skills and all-in-all pushing an idea as far as was allowed.
